About this role:
The Assistant Program Director works in collaboration with the Program Director to oversee all day-to-day operations and ensure the provision of high-quality services in adherence with operational standards.

We are looking for people who have:
Must have required degree as well as requirements defined in Early Intervention Operational Standards
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Able to meet required competency level in Microsoft Office Software
Minimum of five years EI experience
Demonstrates leadership and mentoring skills
Full CEIS and/or in submission process – pending DPH
Physical and Other Requirements:
Ability to meet with families and/or individuals within their homes/community
Frequent movement including but not limited to extended periods of kneeling, bending, lifting (up to 40 pounds unassisted), pushing, pulling and climbing stairs in order to conduct visits and interact with children and families
Moderate travel required
Frequent phone use required
Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Participate in professional development activities and training necessary to maintain relevant certification/licensure in accordance with own professional discipline
In this role, you'll get to:
Oversee day-to-day operations
Participates in all aspects of service provision as needed for supervisory as well as programmatic responsibilities
Assume administrative duties in absence of Program Director
Maintain compliance with all KDC policies and procedures as well as DPH regulations and guidelines
Monitor completion of required documentation as it relates to service provision and administrative processes
Oversight of caseloads to team members to meet DPH timelines
Team member supervision and training
Onboard new team members within the first 90 days to include training and oversight
Facilitate and/or co-facilitate team meetings and peer reviews
Provide direct individual supervision to EI Specialists, including supervision during the provision of direct services
Assist leadership team in completing annual performance evaluations for all team members
Assist in the coordination and facilitation of staff development activities
Assist staff in the CEIS process
Other responsibilities (as needed)
This position can require service coordination with an assigned caseload, yielding up to 15% productivity depending on program needs
In conjunction with the Director arrange, organize, and oversee Parent Advisory Council meetings
Assist in outreach and program fund raising activities
Assist with weekly billing reconciliation
Manage consult requests
