The Assistant Director of Academics 9-12 supports the development and implementation of academic systems, curriculum programs, and student achievement initiatives aligned with SEED’s charter contract, state standards, and performance goals. They assist in coaching and evaluating instructional staff, managing student data systems, overseeing academic interventions, and fostering a positive peer and academic culture. They collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure high-quality teaching, maintain compliance, and create a nurturing, college-preparatory environment for all students. They serve as a visible leader on campus, building strong relationships with students, staff, and families while promoting SEED’s core values in all aspects of the academic program.
