Assistant Director of Day Habilitation Services - Wilton

Position will cover our Wilton and McGregor Day Programs.

What You'll Do

- Lead and support Day Habilitation staff and program operations

- Ensure quality services and regulatory compliance

- Oversee staffing, training, budgeting, and program performance

- Promote person-centered supports and community inclusion

What You'll Need

- Supervisory or leadership experience

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Passion for supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
