How you will make an impact: 

The Assistant Director of Nursing plays a vital role in supporting the Executive Director of Nursing by planning, organizing, developing, and directing the daily operations of Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and Assisted Living neighborhoods. By ensuring compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, the assistant director of nursing helps maintain the highest degree of quality care. Their leadership fosters a well-coordinated and efficient healthcare environment, enhancing resident well-being, staff performance, and overall facility success.

Schedule: This is a full time position, Monday- Friday day shift, weekend on call rotation

What you will need: 

•  A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing.
•  At least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. •
• At least two years healthcare supervisory experience.
•  Current Illinois RN licensed required.
• Current Basic Life Support / Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation through the American Heart Association
• 3 years of Long term care experience required
