How you will make an impact: 

As an Assistant Director of Nursing at Tapestry Senior Living, you will provide hands-on supervision and support to personal care associates, ensuring high-quality care and promoting resident wellness. You will play a key role in delivering direct nursing services as needed and assist in managing the overall operations of the Resident Services department. This position is essential in maintaining clinical and regulatory compliance while fostering a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment for residents. It also offers opportunities for growth in geriatric nursing, leadership, and healthcare management.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with occasional holidays and rotating weekends as needed. 

What you will need: 

• Must be at least 21 years of age (Required).
• Active PA LPN License or PA RN License. (Required) 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Assisted Living Facility or Personal Care Home (Required).
• Experience in working with Dementia, Alzheimer's, and related conditions (Preferred).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and medications. 
• Geriatric experience (Preferred).
