Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON:

• The Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (Clinical Services Supervisor) collaborates with the Director of Nursing – DON (Director of Clinical Services)

• Ensures care plans are implemented and delivered in a timely and efficient manner

• Manages the clinical team, develops programs and provides education to staff

• Plans and evaluates nursing systems, rotations and methods

of the Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensed IL
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Must have experience in skilled nursing
• Must have demonstrated leadership skills and experience
• Knowledge of Long Term Care regulations
• ICU or ventilator experience a plus
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
