What You'll Do
- Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight
- Mentor and support nurses and nursing assistants
- Help ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Monitor quality measures and support performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote exceptional resident care
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and clinical excellence
- Serve as a nursing leader and resource for residents, families, and staff
What You'll Need
- Current Washington RN license (or NLC-eligible)
- Nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and support nursing staff
