Job Description - Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Med/Surg and ICU

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Med/Surg and ICU ($80K-$99K)
Columbus, NE, USA
40 hrs/wk; day shift, variable at times to meet staff and patient needs.
Responsible for daily operations of ACU/ICU. Ensures appropriate staffing, supplies and equipment to meet business needs and patient needs; collaborates and communicates with Director, physicians, SLC and other departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of department of oversight.
  • Current NE license or Compact Nursing License from another state.
  • BSN required,
  • 2 years med surg or ICU experience and 1 year leadership experience.
  • Sign-on bonus ($10K with a 1-year commitment).
  • Relocation assistance ranges from $5K - $15K depending upon how far of a move for the candidate.
