Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Skilled Nursing Facility | Weaverville, NC

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Weaverville, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity for a nurse leader looking to grow their career while supporting quality care and clinical excellence.

Position Overview:
As the ADON, you will assist the Director of Nursing in managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility. You will play a key role in staff development, quality assurance, and ensuring the delivery of person-centered care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist the DON in daily clinical operations
   
• Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff
   
• Help ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
   
• Monitor resident care and support quality improvement initiatives
   
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff and collaborate with other departments
   

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact state)
   
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
   
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
   
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
   
• Passion for quality resident care and team development
