What you will need: 

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR certification required.
• RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin required.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in nursing required.
• 2+ years of experience as DON or ADON preferred. 
• At least one (1) year of experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices required.
