Assistant Director of Nursing-LTC/Memory Care

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing (DON) with the the day-to-day inspiration and motivation to create clinical and administrative oversight leading to superior levels of care and compassion that every one of our residents deserves in our 70-bed long term care and memory care building. Additionally, this position would have oversight for our MDS, wound care program as well as our Quality Assurance program.

· Graduate of approved RN program; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from accredited college or university preferred

· Five years in geriatric and/or post acute care nursing with at least 3 years in supervisory/management nursing role and at least 1 year experience in memory care

· MDS Experience 

· Current RN licensure in good standing in the State of Arizona

· CPR and 1st Aid certification required
