Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 + performance bonuses (up to $1,200/month).

What You’ll Lead:

• Daily shift operations and teamwork coordination (FOH and BOH)

• Hands-on coaching of team members

• Upholding hospitality and food quality standards

• Creating a positive, encouraging, highly efficient work environment

• Supporting leadership in training, communication, and workflow execution

• Ownership of systems, people development, and strategic growth initiatives.
