*** $1,000 signing bonus**** We are looking for a leader who is passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disability, or drug and alcohol addiction.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitates and assigns oversight of treatment review meetings, staff development trainings, individual and group supervision of clinical staff, administrative and other meetings as required to all therapists in Outpatient.
* Represents the department at designated County oversight meetings and participates in County-wide service initiatives.
* Communicates changes, needs, issues, etc to staff.
* Oversees the coordination of outpatient service delivery including, but not limited to case distribution and monitoring, programmatic statistics and outcome reports, new staff orientation, chart reviews, and best practices.
* Participates in all required quality improvement activities, utilization management initiatives, and makes recommendations regarding service gaps and needed improvements.
* Develops and implements new processes required to address changing requirements and regulations on an ongoing basis, anticipating needs.
* Plan for long term needs of programs under Director.
* Participate in financial planning with Director.
* Oversees payroll for Outpatient therapists to include approval of time off.
* Participates in incident management and implements process changes to decrease incidences.
* Oversees students and/or licensure candidates as assigned via weekly supervision.
* Assists Director in developing structure, processes, policies, and forms relative to Outpatient services.
* Assists Director in readying program for audits as well as following up on implementation of changes resulting from audits.
* Available for consultation to all staff in regards to HIPAA, processes, regulations, policies, etc.
* Follows up on any external or internal communications assigned.
* Oversees hiring, disciplining, evaluating and other HR issues pertaining to therapists.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Must have professional licensure: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapy (LMFT)
