SUMMARY: Coordinates and manages the daily operations of residential services, with primary responsibility for Madison or Cortland programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsibility for the overall day to day operations of Madison/Cortland division of residential services including but not limited to department recruitment and hiring, payroll, scheduling, supervision, and fiscal expenditures.
• Directly supervises residence managers and relief staff regarding daily operations of all residential sites; provides on-going indirect supervision and support for all residential direct care staff.
• Assist in preparation of department policies and procedures.
• Executes agency and department policies and procedures to assure quality and continuity of services, staff efforts, and agency goals.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree required. Preferred three years supervisory experience.  Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Valid NYS Driver's License with 12 month driving history.
