Assistant Director of Training

Job Description

Chick-fil-A Hwy 287 & Arapahoe Rd is actively seeking an Assistant Director of Training to join our leadership team.

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Training who is passionate about developing people and building a strong team. This leader will support the Talent Director by maintaining training systems, developing Trainers, and ensuring Team Members are prepared to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities

·      Maintain training plans and track progress for new and existing Team Members.

·      Coach, develop, and hold FOH and BOH Trainers accountable to training standards.

·      Create and communicate weekly training schedules.

·      Monitor Pathway completion and reinforce Chick-fil-A procedures.

·      Identify training gaps and coordinate additional coaching and development.

·      Partner with leadership to improve training processes and operational consistency.

·      Provide timely feedback, recognize progress, and support restaurant shifts as needed.

Required Skills

·      Leadership or training experience required.

·      Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.

·      Dependable, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through.

·      Servant leader who enjoys developing others.

·      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant.

·      Other duties as assigned.
