The Goddard School located in Burlington Township, NJ is looking for a motivated self-starter for a Assistant Director position at our school. A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, and at least 2 years management experience in a licensed childcare center is required. A candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of age appropriate activities for young children.

- Supporting the center management (Director and Owner) in overseeing preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations
- Developing strong relationships with our families
- Complying with state childcare licensing regulations

- Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education
