Assistant Event Manager : Paid Training/ Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for the position of Assistant Event Manager. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating various events, including logistics and setup
• Support the Event Manager in managing event schedules, budgets, and resources
• Help oversee event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
• Engage with event attendees to provide information and enhance their experience
• Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials
• Monitor event activities and address any issues that arise
• Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and tracking event performance
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement event strategies

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Enthusiasm for event planning and management

• Previous experience in event planning or management is a plus, but not required
