Job Requirements

• 2 plus years’ experience in AL, Memory Care or a skilled care setting a plus


• Current Assisted Living License


• Degree in Business or Health Care Administration or related field a plus


• Visionary


• Exceptional computer skills


• Proven leadership skills


• Strong business acumen


• Ability to drive culture
