Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations

- Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks

- Supervise and support housekeeping staff, providing training and guidance as needed

- Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary

- Address guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally

- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and reporting to management

- Support the implementation of health and safety protocols within the housekeeping department

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management preferred

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
