Assistant Field Coordinator (Hourly)

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Field Coordinator to join our Operations team on our project in Franklin Furnace, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Supervision of onsite trade work with a focus on safety. 


•  Coordination of subcontractor work, project schedule, and material delivery and installation.


•  Ongoing interaction and communication with project management and trade partners.

Qualifications:

Required:

•  1-3 years of experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction.


•  Outstanding communication and time management skills.


•  Ability to be mobile, remain alert, stand or walk for long periods of time, climb up and down ladders and scaffolds, and work outdoors and on uneven surface.


•  Ability to work overtime and weekend hours.

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent. 


• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate and use standard business software and systems.
