Assistant Field Estimator / Sales Support – Salary + Commission

Garcia Roofing is hiring an Assistant Field Estimator / Sales Support to assist the Sales Manager with estimating, documentation, customer support, and field legwork. This role primarily supports new construction projects, helping keep jobs organized and moving efficiently.

This is an entry-level field position focused on measurements, job documentation, and on-site support. Training will be provided.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $40,000 per year
• Additional Commission: Paid on new construction projects 
• Typical Total Compensation: $40,000–$55,000, based on performance
• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof measurements, inspections, photos, and documentation
• Visit job sites and report progress or issues
• Help gather information and support customers on-site
• Upload notes, photos, and updates into company systems

Requirements

• Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Professional communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Construction or roofing experience a plus, not required
