Assistant - Finance Analyst (Entry Level) - Excellent Benefits Package

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist analyst with account management.

This role is responsible for assisting in the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts. Responsibilities include financial tracking and accounting of contractual commitments for this channel of Foodservice.

·         Assist in all contractual funding components of National Accounts contracts

·         Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines

·         Assist accrual process, EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups Manage customer data integrity issues

·         Provide support to team and Sales organization on customer issues related to reporting and completing payments

·         Ensure issues are resolved promptly

·         Direct line of support to National Account Sales Directors for funding issues and initiatives

·         Support customers in reporting and funding-guide and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues

·         This role is responsible for assisting in the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts.

·         Responsibilities include all financial tracking and accounting of contractual– Comp Defense – Vendor Requests, Void/Reissue, etc.

·         2 – CFS – Quaker recall needs, other tasks as identified
