Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our Food department. In this full-time, salaried position, you will support the management team in ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all food and beverage operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual with a passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and support the team to ensure smooth execution of service standards and operational policies.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to plan, organize, and implement programs to enhance guest experiences.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in managing budgets, monitoring costs, and meeting financial goals for the department.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality management.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in food service operations.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with food and beverage software systems is a plus.
