How do I make an impact on my team?
- Plan, develop, coordinate and implement the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage outlets
- Maintain personal contact with in-house guests and clients in the community to ensure guest loyalty
- Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by implementing policies and procedures, investigating deficiencies/complaints, and initiating corrective action
- Assist in ordering, receiving, storing and physical count of all food & beverage related products
- Ensure all food & beverage reporting is completed in a timely fashion to include banquet reconciliation, banquet tickets, and PMS postings.
What does success look like in this role?
- 1-3 years of food & beverage experience
- Must have open availability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse
- Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly personality
