What You’ll Do:

Co-lead a construction team of 1-2 other members Load and transport materials, tools, and equipment for each project Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment Install each job using company-approved methods Provide customers with an exceptional "WOW!" experience

What We’re Looking For:

Construction experience preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate! Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record Ability to travel as needed Physical capability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl Willingness to work overtime when necessary.  If you take pride in precise, detailed, and high-quality work and want to be part of a supportive and growing team, we’d love to hear from you!
