Assistant Foreman

Pay: $32-40/hr.

Shift: Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm)

Description: 

• Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a skilled Assistant Foreman to supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees engaged in the fabrication, fitting, welding, and assembly of steel components. This position is responsible for planning and assigning work, managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, enforcing safety requirements, and leading employees to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery objectives. The Assistant Foreman serves as a technical resource and leadership presence on the shop floor while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven Leadership in a Welding/Fabrication shop setting
• Ability to read blueprints, job orders and production schedules
• Ability to lead and mentor employees
• Ability to coordinate production activities
• Plan and establish work schedules and assignments
