Job Description - Assistant General Manager

HeadPinz Naples is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our dynamic team and help lead daily operations, drive revenue, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader with a love for entertainment, hospitality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing all areas of operations, including attractions, food & beverage, events, and guest services.

  • Lead and mentor department managers and supervisors, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.

  • Monitor financial performance by managing revenue, expenses, labor, and cost controls to ensure profitability.

  • Foster a positive and productive work culture through coaching team members, addressing performance concerns, and promoting employee engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational regulations.

  • Handle guest relations, resolve concerns, and continually enhance the guest experience.

  • Support marketing initiatives to increase attendance and brand awareness.

  • Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness to ensure the venue is always in top condition.

  • Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Act as the General Manager in their absence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant industry.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, labor management, and P&L analysis.

  • Excellent guest service and conflict resolution skills.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience with operational software, POS systems, and scheduling platforms is a plus.
