We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our growing bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who takes ownership, drives results, and ensures a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and smooth workflows.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational priorities to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Use technology effectively, including POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory tools, to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Address challenges head-on with a problem-solving mindset, staying calm under pressure.
- Uphold and enforce company policies, maintaining high standards for cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop creative strategies to improve operations and drive guest engagement.
- Closing 3 nights per week
