We are a locally owned, fast growing, premium express car wash operator. We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) for a brand new car wash location we built in Forest Hill. As an AGM, you will help ensure that the location meets and exceeds the organization’s standards in leadership, customer service, safety, quality, operational excellence and financial performance. It is expected that you set high standards for both yourself and your team by living and exemplifying our Company Vision and Values. Responsibilities:
- Report to General Manager and fulfill all requirements asked of you
- Help manage staff of Customer Service Attendants
- Fill in and complete all tasks required of Customer Service Attendants as necessary
- Ability to successfully recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule employee shifts with strict adherence to overtime policies
- Build and enhance Slappy's friendly, customer-oriented atmosphere
- Perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition
- Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability
- Ensure execution on all store goals for memberships, volume, maintenance, claims, labor hours, ratings, turnover, etc.
- Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists as required
- Maintain frequent and accurate maintenance logs and identify potential issues quickly
- Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures
- Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned, building a culture where every member works together to achieve the same goal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour plus monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses
