Westbound & Down is a taproom and pizzeria in Lafayette, CO. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about great craft beer, amazing food, excellent guest service, and being a team player. All FOH staff will be trained and expected to perform all FOH duties and positions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure every guest experience is special and catered to them
- Provide customers with beer information, history, and be able to answer customer questions about our brand
- Proficient in cash handling
- Familiar with Point of sales systems
- Able to be on your feet for 10 hours at a time
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Great customer service
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
