We’re hiring Assistant Store Managers who are passionate about people, cars, and customer service. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow your career, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching staff
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Opening/closing the store
• Maintaining service standards
• Managing inventory, cash control, and bank      deposits in the GM’s absence 

Requirements:

• Preferred Automotive experience
• 1+ year of retail or hospitality management      experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Age 18+
• High School diploma or      equivalent
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to complete computer-based training
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and      crawling
• Lifting up to 25 lbs
• Clear communication with customers and team
