Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure an efficient operation.
• Drive sales and monitor financial performance, including inventory and cost controls.
• Handle guest feedback with a solution-focused approach, turning challenges into opportunities.
