Position Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a critical role in executing the day-to-day operations of the school and supporting the GM in achieving overall business performance. This role is responsible for driving sales execution, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality family experience.
The AGM acts as a key leader on-site, modeling accountability, urgency, and professionalism while helping to develop the team and ensure the school runs smoothly at all times.
Key Responsibilities
đź’° Sales Execution & Revenue Support
Support the GM in achieving monthly revenue budgets and YOY growth targets
Drive daily sales execution and ensure the team is aligned to Daily Sales Goals (DSG)
Actively coach front desk team on tours, lead follow-up, and closing techniques
Ensure web leads, calls, and walk-ins are followed up on quickly and effectively
Monitor enrollments, conversions, and gaps-and take action in real time
👥 Team Leadership & Accountability
Act as the on-site leader when the GM is not present
Reinforce expectations and hold the team accountable to performance standards
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Provide in-the-moment coaching to improve performance and consistency
Help maintain a positive, high-energy team environment

Ensure every family interaction is warm, professional, and consistent
Reinforce standards such as greeting swimmers by name and building relationships
Support resolution of customer concerns quickly and effectively
Help drive strong retention and overall satisfaction

Ensure the school is running smoothly day-to-day
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall facility standards
Support adherence to safety protocols on deck and in the lobby
Communicate operational issues to the GM and help resolve quickly

Understand key metrics (sales, enrollments, unpaids, etc.) and how they impact performance
Assist the GM in monitoring daily/weekly progress toward goals
Help execute strategies to close gaps in revenue and performance
