Job Description - Assistant General Manager

Our Assistant General Managers are strong leaders responsible for driving the successful day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including assisting the General Manager with managing FOH and BOH teams and the entire guest experience, training and developing our crew, and handling all the P&L responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a fast-paced environment. 

 

We’re a growing, founder-driven hospitality outfit looking for the next generation of incredible leaders. We’re seeking positive, driven, and naturally hospitable Assistant General Managers who love to serve. 

Qualifications (You MUST):

  • Bring at least three (3) years of previous experience as an Assistant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant 
  • Have proven leadership skills
  • Excel at coaching, training, and developing our people to deliver excellence at every level
  • Bring a minimum of three (3) years of P&L responsibilities 
  • Be positive and hospitable by nature
  • Be responsive and adaptable
  • Bring an understanding of financial aspects and business operations of restaurants
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities (You MUST):

  • Positively lead, develop, and inspire your entire team
  • Oversee Management team (including Management payroll & scheduling)
  • Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals 
  • Oversee inventory, quality, and safety
  • Control all food and labor costs 
  • Grow a deep bench of future leaders 
  • Manage the physical building/facility 
  • “WOW” our guests at every turn
