Assistant General Manager

Our General Managers are inspiring, naturally hospitable leaders responsible for driving the successful day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including managing FOH and BOH teams and the entire guest experience, training and developing our team, and handling all P&L responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications (You MUST):

• Bring at least three (3) years of previous experience as a General Manager
• Excel at leading, coaching, training, and developing our people to deliver excellence
• Bring a minimum of three (3) years of P&L responsibilities
• Be positive, hard-working, kind, and hospitable by nature

Responsibilities (You MUST):

• Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals
• Grow a deep bench of future leaders
• Oversee Management team (including Management payroll and scheduling)
• Oversee inventory, quality, and safety
• Manage the physical building/facility
• Lead with excellence
• Be willing to work 50 - 55 hours per week

The restaurant will celebrate 16 years in October 2022, and is rooted by a commitment to deliver extraordinary experiences for its team, guests, and community.
