Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with attention to detail and resource management
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage budgets, financial records, and stock control to maximize profitability
• Handle guests complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Set and motivate the team to meet sales targets and maintain store standards
• Ensure Food Safety standards are always being followed.
• Prepare promotional displays and liaise with upper management
• Support staff development and recognize their achievements

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal communication and teamworking abilities
• Confidence, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to set a positive example
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime
