Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support our leadership team in maintaining excellence and fostering a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.


• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.


• Monitor service standards and proactively address operational challenges.


• Assist in managing budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.


• Collaborate with staff and leadership to implement operational improvements and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration.


• Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments while maintaining service quality.


• Knowledge of financial metrics, inventory systems, and compliance requirements.
