We’re teaming up with an awesome, growing restaurant group looking for a sharp, high-energy Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM, drive phenomenal guest experiences, and help steer total restaurant success in New Braunfels!

• Right-Hand Partner: Work side-by-side with the GM to oversee daily operations, streamline front-and-back-of-house flow, and keep standards sky-high.

• P&L Pro: Own the numbers! Bring your financial savvy to manage costs, optimize margins, and boost bottom-line performance.

• Previous leadership experience as a General Manager or high-level AGM in a high-volume full-service or quick-service concept.
