THE ROLE & SCHEDULE
If you enjoy fitness, working with children and creating culture among your coworkers and clients this is the job for you! We are looking for a highly organized and passionate individual t work in our beautiful KidStrong Center by:

Coaching classes 15+ per week

Coaching birthdays and camps as needed

Sales calls to parents who are interested in KidStrong

Handling member service requests and administration requests

Being a leader by example for the coaching team

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!

Sales experience of at least 1 year

Previous experience in management is preferred but not required

Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age group is preferred

Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills

Self-starter who just gets a job done

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
