Your Schedule

This is a full-time management position with a flexible schedule based on business needs. Typical shifts include:

• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM


• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM/11:00 PM

Weekend and holiday availability may be required as part of your leadership responsibilities.

Your Role as Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be a key member of the restaurant leadership team. Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help oversee daily operations, support team development, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability


• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns


• Supervising, motivating, and supporting team members during shifts


• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees


• Coaching staff on operational procedures and customer service excellence


• Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards


• Managing cash handling procedures and operational records


• Assisting with inventory management and ordering


• Preparing food products and Dairy Queen's signature treats when needed


• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures


• Helping create a positive and engaging work environment
