We are seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant General Manager to help lead the team at an Upscale Seafood concept. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring impeccable service, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding the restaurant's commitment to culinary excellence.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including guest services, food and beverage quality, staff management, and financial performance. Lead by example and maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring seamless service, attention to detail, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Monitor and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation, ensuring compliance with local health regulations and internal policies. Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns, handling them with the utmost care and attention to guest satisfaction. Analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years of senior level restaurant management experience in an upscale/fine dining setting. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced and sophisticated environment. Strong knowledge and appreciation for upscale dining etiquette, wines, and culinary techniques, with a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the dining experience. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests, team members, and stakeholders in a polished and professional manner. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial analysis. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs, and handling guest inquiries and concerns with tact and diplomacy. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office applications. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
