Assistant Grocery Manager

Save More Marketplace is seeking an organized and motivated Assistant Grocery Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Grocery Manager, you will support the Grocery Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the grocery department meets high standards for quality, service, and presentation. This role offers the chance to play an integral part in maintaining our reputation as a trusted community grocery store.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising, training, and motivating grocery department staff.
• Help manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
• Ensure department cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Collaborate with other store departments and management to achieve business objectives.

• Previous experience in retail or grocery management preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
