Job Opening: Assistant Club Manager at Anytime Fitness

 Location: Mount Horeb, WI, with availability to work at our clubs in Dodgeville and Platteville as needed
 Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $18-20/hour, based on experience

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be the first face people see when they walk in. You help create an environment where members feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to keep showing up. Whether you’re keeping the club spotless, signing up members, or helping someone with their exercise routine, your work directly impacts how people experience our gym and change their lives.

This is a management role with opportunities to grow. If you have experience in fitness, management, sales, or customer service, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do

  Be a visible, active leader on the gym floor — engaging members, spotting opportunities to support their goals, and setting the tone through your own habits

  Build strong relationships with members and staff by speaking the language of fitness, training, and consistency

  Support membership growth and hit sales KPIs by creating a welcoming, motivating environment — service-driven, not sales-y

  
  


• 
  

  Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional member experiences

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, safety, and facility standards

  
  


• 
  

  Manage reporting and budget awareness

  
  


• 
  

  Stay current on fitness trends, training principles, and industry best practices
