Life as an Housekeeping Supervisor:

As an Housekeeping Supervisor with Superhost Hospitality at Embassy Suites, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional cleanliness standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Housekeeping Manager in managing daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Conducting inspections to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards.
• Providing guidance and support to housekeeping staff, assisting in their training and development.
• Collaborating with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a positive environment.
• Upholding a high level of attention to detail to ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.

What to Expect in Your First Few Months:

In your initial phase, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager, familiarizing yourself with our hotel's housekeeping standards and procedures. You'll actively contribute to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring our guests experience a consistently exceptional stay.

• Previous experience in a housekeeping role is required.
• Previous experience utilizing Hilton systems such as ONQ and PEP to manage room status, guest preferences, and housekeeping operations is required.
• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
