OPEN POSITIONS: 

DAYCARE AIDE – $16/hour
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older

    HS Diploma/GED OR 1 year experience working with children under 13

    
    
  
  
  
  

ASSISTANT INFANT TEACHER– $16.43/hour
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  
  
  • 
    

    HS Diploma/GED

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    1 year experience working with children under 13 

    
    
  
  
  
  

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ALL POSITIONS):

• Maintain 30 hours of childcare-related training every 2 years


• 
  

  Tuberculosis (TB) Test and physician’s clearance to work in childcare

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer skills, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community

  
  


• 
  

  Child Abuse Prevention (Supervisory Staff), CPR, First Aid, AED, Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 30 days of hire)

  
  

 WORK SCHEDULE: 

• Daycare Aide
  
  
  
  • Full Time; 30 hrs per week 
  
  
  • Monday - Friday, 6 hr work shift per day
  
  
  
  


• Assistant Infant Teacher
  
  
  
  • Full Time; 40 hrs per week
  
  
  • Monday - Friday, 8 hr work shift per day
