We are committed to providing our guests with a great dining experience, and we are looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team. Must have weekend and evening availability.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
- Assist in managing food costs and inventory
- Assist with ordering food supplies and kitchen materials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bonus if you have prepared food / catered before
