What You'll Do:

• Lead and support a team of 5-25 kitchen staff


• Ensure food quality, consistency, and speed of service


• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards


• Coach, train, and hold team members accountable


• Assist with inventory, ordering, and waste control


• Support high-volume service and private events

What We Need:

• 3+ years in food & beverage or hospitality


• Prior leadership or supervisory experience


• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Reliable transportation


• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
