We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as the Assistant Library Director at the Duncanville Public Library in Duncanville, TX.

Duncanville Public Library seeks a full-time assistant library director to work closely with the library director to oversee the library's operations. The Assistant Library Director will have direct oversight responsibility for staff and ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all patrons. This is an ideal position and opportunity for someone with previous success in a supervisory position or an experienced librarian in the public library space. The Assistant Library Director will be a key player in space review and redesign, IT planning, community needs assessment, and the development of the library’s newest strategic plan.
This position is under the supervision of the library director.
