Assistant Loan Servicing Manager

Description

Climb Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Loan Processor Manager. This position is responsible for:

• Loan documentation preparation and collateral management functions based on the Credit Union's Policies and procedures, specifically state regulations. 
• The loan processing department is responsible for 'approved' loan document preparation for all consumer lending products.
• The position ensures that accurate and timely documentation is dispatched to branch lending staff.
•  Responsible for performing various quality control functions to check loan documents to ensure complete and accurate
• information. 
• Complete related reports and paperwork to maintain and update files, while researching and resolving recordkeeping errors or discrepancies.

Requirements

• Ensure that team members are properly informed of Credit Union loan policies and procedures and that requests, problems, and questions are promptly resolved.
•  Ensure that the loan documentation and collateral management are prepared by the approved credit presentation.
•  Ensure compliance with all regulations related to specific loan products, including TRID, TILA and RESPA.
•  Ensure appraisals are ordered when needed, title work is reviewed, and other functions are approved.
•  Real Estate loans are processed promptly.
•  Communicate the expected completion time and arrange closings with the member or branch staff.
•  Carries out additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
• Interpersonal Skills Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
• Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. 
• Understanding of development, training, and maintaining Quality Control guidelines.

 This is a full-time, exempt position with a starting annual pay of $68,000.00, depending on experience, education and qualifications.
