The Job: Our Assistant Maintenance Managers have a do-it-all job. Some days are pressure filled and out ASM's need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include:
- Diagnose problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structures and pools, as necessary.
- Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance.
- Assist the Service Manager in directing and supervising maintenance staff.
- Purchase materials.
- this is a large, multi-phase property.
The Details: Our Assistant Maintenance Managers should have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of previous experience - in apartment maintenance or other related trade experience
- Basic tools of the trade
- HVAC and CPO Certifications a required.
- On-call
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
